First direct recording with the new guitar!

I remembered I had a cable with a mini jack at each end, and also I have a 3.5-6.5mm adaptor so I thouggt I could plug it in and have a go. Had to download Audaciity (awesome software, and free!) and convert to mono as the jack is stereo, creating one track of music and one of hiss!

It aint exactly blues, just a tune I came up with using the bottom 3 strings. Theres a few mistakes as I'm still full of cold, and as the title of the track says, Go easy on me...

Here's me attempting to play that 'Hunky Tunky blues riff' (guitar in standard EADGBE tuning-EDGAR as I call it).
Felt a bit strange doing it to be honest, and my playing went all to pot-I can normally do better than this-not much but, well, enough waffle...
Oh it didnt help that despite being charged the other day the battery in my Panasonic FZ7 was on its last legs, so I had to get a move on!
Anyway, mind your ears....
