Got a clarinet!

My partner pulled the trigger on this for me, to shut me up going on about wanting one lol.
It's a Bb student clarinet made by Windsor, whoever they are. Trouble is A) I'm full of cold with a tickly cough and sinus pain so blowing is painful, and B) the supplied mouthpiece/ligature is badly made, making it harder to play. I hope to get that sorted soon...
