I got a Kalimba!
My partner bought this for me, out of the blue. The kalimba, or mbira, is a musical instrument that originated with the Shona tribe of Zimbabwe. It was originally very basic but was developed in the 1950s by High Tracey into the modern, highly resonant instrument called the Kalimba.
